Swimming Pool— New Construction
Spending time tucked away in your private “island getaway” is what we all fantasize about. Isn’t it time to turn “one day…” into today?
Swimming Pool Installation & Added Home Value
You may not live on the beach, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the zen-inducing sound of water each time you walk out your back door. A swimming pool might have been something you took for granted before the covid-19 pandemic; but now, individuals appreciate pools more than ever. In fact, a recent survey of Real Estate Professionals, by HomeLight, indicates a home with a pool can sell (on average) an estimated $27,199 more than a home without a pool.
Don’t spend this summer splashing around in the blow-up kiddie pool. It’s time to make a permanent change; contact Castano Design Build to plan your custom project.
Your Custom Pool Installation
With Castano Design Build, we’ll provide you with various options of aesthetic, products, texture, and more. With trusted tile vendors like Aquabella, National Pool Tile (NPT), and Island Stone, you’ll have limitless options when it comes to tile and pebble finishes. Or, select your desired finish in Pebbletec® or WetEdge® products, an aggregate pool finish (applied in a similar manner to plaster), with a natural, textured, pebble-like finish.
Financing Your Pool Project
We understand that not everyone has the capital to launch a project like this. That’s why we’ve partnered with HFS Home Improvement Loans to help turn your dreams into reality: Apply for Financing.
Swimming Pool Remodel
Has your once beautiful backyard turned into an unsightly mess? That’s alright. Castano Design Build is here to help you get back on track, and transform your old, grimy pool into a majestic masterpiece.
Swimming Pool Rehab
Whether repairing an old, non-working pool, or livening up an old, boring pool, Castano Design Build has incredible design ideas for you. Let’s talk water and fire features, adjoining hot tubs, infinity edges, and more.
